Pinellas Power Products sells retail to customers in the U.S.A. and abroad, there is no minimum order. We offer free UPS ground shipping for online orders (not phone orders) over $250 in the Contiguous United States (i.e. all states excluding AK & HI) with a proper street address, UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All items over 70 pounds will need to be truck shipped, freight charges will apply. Contact us for a freight quote. If you desire UPS Next Day or UPS Second Day services, you will have to pay for those charges. Expedite shipping orders must be placed before 3:00 pm EST or it will be processed the next business day. UPS Next Day orders placed Friday will arrive Monday. UPS Second Day orders placed Thursday will arrive Monday.
Damages for packages is the responsibility of the carrier. You will have to contact UPS and make a claim. Shipments must be opened immediately. We will not accept claims after 10 days.
All prices are retail. You can get a discount for large orders on items marked (Developed by Pinellas Power Products). Florida orders must pay applicable sales tax. Current pricing, when in dispute, is the price as listed in our online shopping cart. We seldom increase prices but all prices are subject to change without notice.
Service Dept labor rate is $100.00 per hour. Any repair bill is to be paid at the time of pick up, or before the item is shipped out. I can arrange all shipping and add it to the repair bill if you would like.
We can only guarantee items will fit the applications listed on each item. Some parts will fit other units, but you will have to do a self search and Pinellas Power Products will not be responsible for items bought to fit other units.
Electrical parts are NOT returnable for any reason. Be sure that you are ordering items for the correct your unit (we are not responsible for items you have ordered incorrectly). We do not sell used parts. Please do not order these items as diagnostic tools.
Items listed as Developed by Pinellas Power Products are guaranteed for 1 year from date of sale against manufacturers defect in workmanship or materials. Any item which has been modified, subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation or application is not covered.
We do not warranty wear items such as cables, rubber parts, bulbs, filters, contact points, brakes etc. unless they are shown to be defective prior to installation.
No returns after 30 days. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of order and parts are new, in original packaging clean and unmarked. You must have authorization from us before you return any parts. Send all return request to firstname.lastname@example.org
As A general rule I do not sell components separately unless you can show that you have a failure of one of the components in one of my kits. If you have one of my kits with a failed component, if you provide proof that it is one of my kits then I will gladly provide replacement parts. The reason for this is very simple, over the years I have had people who read on some online forum that they can copy one of my kits 1/3 the cost. When people try this they then buy one or two key components from me and try to build their own version. When their unit does not work they contact me for help, after wasting several hours of my time and several days of their own time they admit that they do not have one of my kits but rather their own copy made out of inferior components. The reason my kits cost what they do is I do not use cheap components, the main fuel hose alone cost me $61.00 because I use genuine Yamaha fuel hoses. If you want to attempt to copy one of my kits that is fine but do not expect it to work correctly if you have got some cheap $8.00 fuel pump in it instead of a genuine Mikuni fuel pump. I think you will find that my kits are very reasonably priced when you compare them to buying all high quality components separately.
